Global Lighting Technologies Inc. (GLT) was registered to found in Cayman Islands on July 28th, 2000, focusing on the designs, manufacturing, and sales of applications of plastic light guide plates & plastic components. GLT builds up its technology core on optical microstructures (micro-lens) to develop and manufacture products of much larger sizes, much slimmer thickness & more efficiency of energy-saving. Besides, Global Lighting Technologies also possesses several manufacturing technologies and fundamental patents at the same time as well as branch offices worldwide to offer global service.

Global Lighting Technologies is dedicated to research for product innovation and development of manufacturing technologies with ownership of multiple application & fundamental patents and self-developed software for optical simulations. So far, GLT has established a database with huge amount of information available to be used to significantly shorten the development schedule. Furthermore, GLT also has precision machining processes to precisely materialize its optical designs on actual products.

Global Lighting Technologies has the equipment and team for precision mold manufacturing, the machines and technologies for precision plastics injection, optical-grade plastic extrusion  factories capable of in-line manufacturing process from pellet input to pallet output, and Roll-to-Roll embossing manufacturing process for thin light guide films.  Dealing with optical-grade raw materials of PMMA, MS, and PC, GLT has full control of the critical technologies of integrated manufacturing.  With use of AOI & miscellaneous sensors to collect production data and compounding with AI analysis, GLT is able to stabilize the product quality more and supply products of market competitiveness.

Products manufactured by Global Lighting Technologies are widely used in LCD TV, Displays, IT products, NB, eBooks, Automotive as well as Wearable products.
